Shipping policy

Most items in our shop are made to order with care — please allow 3-7 business days for production before your order ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Personalized items (name, initials, etc.) may take a little longer. Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. We currently ship within the United States. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order. Please double check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
